Mulberry Model FB4 (Modular) - This is from our First Tradition Modular Home Plan Book. Total Floor Area: 1897 Sq. Ft.
The Mulberry is a common split level home that has please homeowners for years.
Our standard Garage is a 24 x 24, which will allow you much more space to move around your vehicles. I think a wise change to this model would be to move the House to Garage door to the left side of the Entry, and add a large coat closet.
This is the suggest Lower Level plan. You could also add a 4th Bedroom, and make the Family and Utility Room a little smaller. Let your mind run wild. |
